Instructions for account verification can be found by going into your Account Dashboard and clicking Eligibility Verification.

If your account was created using a “.edu” email address, you will verify your account by clicking on the “Verify Academic Status” link which was sent to your email upon account creation. If you need to resend that email, you may do so on the Eligibility Verification page mentioned above.

If your account is associated with a personal email address, you will need to submit academic verification by going to your Eligibility Verification page mentioned above and uploading proof of academic affiliation.

If you were informed that a free license would be issued to you, you will need to follow up with your professor/school admin. Your school will provide us with a list of all students that have been approved for access.

If you are having technical issues with your device, please reach out to Mobile Citizen and they will provide troubleshooting steps. They also handle warranty claims and can check to see if your device is still under warranty. Please see contact information below.

Please note that the reactivation period for each device is 3-5 business days. If your device was reactivated, or you are beginning a new subscription for your device, this activation period will pertain to you.

Adobe subscriptions do not renew automatically. To renew, simply make another purchase on our online store by clicking here. You will need to make sure that the email address associated with your purchase is the same one associated with your current Adobe license. This will allow your license to run concurrently. To prevent an interruption to your Adobe subscription, we recommend making your new Adobe purchase a week prior to your current expiration date. If you purchase a new subscription after the expiration date, please allow 24 hours to receive access to your new Adobe subscription. 

To cancel your subscription, log into your CollegeBuys account dashboard, click Subscriptions, click on “Show” next to the subscription you would like to cancel, and click “Cancel Subscription.” Your cancellation is immediate, and you should no longer be billed.

We accept returns within 30 days of purchase. Products must be unopened and in re-sellable condition. Free shipping is not provided on physical items. To request a return, please email us with your order number and email address associated with your order. Please contact us at support@collegebuys.org to begin the refund process. Please allow 3-5 business days to see your funds reflected back into your account.
